Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Šimtaraštė.

Because most of our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at simtaraste@gmail.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Please note:

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
